Eye nuts and eye bolts – special bolts and nuts with a ring (loop) instead of the usual hex head. The eye bolt is screwed into the embedded structural element, and the eye nut is screwed onto the bolt or stud. Then you can attach the hook to the ring (loop) of the eye and lift/move the load.
