For standard hoists, the speed of 8m / min can be divided into 2 lifting speeds of 4 and 8m / min, this allows to increase the accuracy of lifting the load, this is achieved using a two-speed engine. Some manufacturers, especially Bulgarian companies, use engines with a conical rotor, therefore, it will not work to implement a two-speed circuit for turning on the engine using a frequency converter.
The overall dimensions on the market are represented by two designs, the so-called common industrial ones, where the drive is located directly under the beam and the reduced building height is where the drive is located on the side of the beam. The difference in size is on average 500-700mm.
Operating conditions, although they have a large number of varieties, there are mainly 3 types on the market: General industrial design, where the degree of dust and water tightness, the so-called IP index, is basically 54. The color of the equipment is widespread. Blue or yellow is sometimes orange. The next type is explosion proof, mainly the color of the paint is green, it is a special version of the equipment. And at the end, the special version for cold regions -50 + 50 does not stand out for special coloring, for example, general industrial performance operating temperature -40 + 40.
