The mechanism of movement of the lift consists of a driving cart and a non-chain cart, as well as a traverse adapted for movement on two t-beams 30m, 36M, 45M.
The direction of the cart wheels on the monorail is carried out using end rollers and guide rollers. The distance between the rollers should be installed on the beams 30m and 36M-136=1 mm, and 45M-156=1 m.
The articulated connection of the trolleys from the traverse allows the lift to move freely along the curved sections of the path.
The movement mechanism is connected to the lifting mechanism by means of an earring.
The drive trolley for the hoist is assembled from two gearboxes and connected by a spacer and three ties. An electric motor is installed on the right driving gear. To the left (driven) reducer, the movement is transmitted by a special hexagonal shaft.
The drive articulated trolley (tshp-3,2 tons) is driven by an ADC type electric motor (high-slip asynchronous motor) of flanged design through two vertical cheek-shaped gearboxes with cylindrical gear gears.The transmission shaft (made of calibrated hexagonal rolled steel) transmits rotation from one gear to another. The gears of the right gear are lubricated with grease, which is placed in the gearbox.
The gear housing consists of two halves with the vertical plane of the connector. The main material for the manufacture of gear housings is gray cast iron. Rollers on the I-beam are held by ribs, and two side guide rollers fix the cart. Steel pickups increase the operational reliability of the Telfer. Rubber buffer alleviates the impact of trucks on the stops and the mutual attacks against each other when running several electrofly on the same track.
The tshn-25 non-drive trolley for electric hoist consists of a traverse (1) and two brackets (2) on which the rollers (3) are mounted. It is part of the mechanism of movement of the hoist and is used in hoists with a load capacity from 3.2 to 10 tons.
